| My name is Linh, and I am the oldest of three children in my family. My father once worked hard to support us, but after a workplace accident, he lost 60% of his ability to work. Since then, life has become much more difficult. My mother has poor eyesight and cannot do heavy work. During bamboo shoot season, she goes to the forest to collect shoots to sell, and some days what she earns is only enough for our daily meals. |
