Daniel Caracas is passionate about strengthening the Church through collaboration, church planting, and story-driven outreach. Daniel was born and raised in Bakersfield, California and studied Computer Science at California State University, Bakersfield before serving in the U.S. Navy as a Nuclear Reactor Supervisor—an experience that shaped his discipline, attention to detail, and commitment to stewardship and accountability.

While stationed in Virginia, Daniel gave his life to Jesus Christ and began serving in the local church—helping co-lead a young adults ministry at Lifehouse Church in Newport News, and later supporting the planting of Sequel Church in Virginia Beach. Those seasons formed a deep passion in him: God moves through the local church to help the marginalized, and the oppressed.

After transitioning out of the military, Daniel settled back West in San Luis Obispo County, where he now works solely in real estate and supports affordable housing-focused development. Daniel also continues to bring that same “systems + people” mindset into church ministry communications—helping organizations clearly share their mission & heart with clarity, tell stories with dignity, and make it easy for others to grow and serve others.
